@pastelpinkwitch (me).As the artist I reserve the rights over my artworks, which includes an are not limited to: redistribute, reproduce or use it as a sample in my portfolio/forsales/self-promotion (with proper credits to the commissioner) unless otherwise agreed.I am allowed to post the artwork on my social media and stream/share the progress, unless stated in the request. In that case an additional privacy fee will be charged (more info bellow).

general

  • I am a digital artist and my work is digital only. There won't be any shipping of physical goods.

  • I have the right to reject a commission If I don't feel capable and/or confortable drawing it.

  • If I haven't started the commission, the commissioner can change/edit the character/commission type at any time they want.

  • Very detailed characters, extras (such as wings, weapons, pets, plushies, other objects...) and any kind of backgrounds have an extra charge.

  • No limit of slots per person (just let me know first).

payment

  • Up-front payment.

  • PayPal only (USD).

  • I'll send the invoice after accepting the commission. Don't send the payment before my confirmation.

  • The payment must be done within a week, otherwise the commission request will be cancelled for that round of commissions.

  • If the commissioner has any inconvenient to send the invoice within that time they can notify me to avoid cancelling the commission request.

  • Refunding not allowed.

  • I'll start the artwork after receiving the full payment.

working process

  • Waiting time: It depends on the complesity of the artwork, but generally it takes me around 1-2 weeks to finish a commission piece. (This only applies after I've started working on it).

  • The commissioner can check the status of their commission in my to-do list anytime.

personal commissions

  • The commissioner can use the artwork for: icons/headers of their social media, wallpapers, stream schedule graphics, themes and personal websites/social media (with proper credits). As well the commissioner is allowed to print out or make any type or merchandise they want with the artwork as long as it's only for their personal use and not for sale.

  • The commissioner is allowed to post the commissioned artwork on external sites (with proper credits).

private commissions

If the commissioner requests a commission for personal use but wishes for said artwork (both the progress and the final artwork) to not be uploaded publicly, an extra fee of 30% of the total price will be charged.

commercial commissions

Commercial use refers to using the artwork for a profit.Commercial use includes but not limited to: branding/promotions for business, merchandise, videos, vtuber assets/graphics (stream bg, pannels, stream intro/outro...), album or book covers, game illustrations.

  • If the commissioner get a personal commission and later decides they want to use it for commercial use, they can pay the commercial use fee afterwards.

  • Using the artwork as an NFT is prohibited.

  • REF SHEET: $170

  • custom design? outfit only +$50 and +$75 outfit and character design (the price may increase depending on the complexity of the character/design and the amount of close ups).

  • includes: front + back view, face close up, close ups of the important details.

  • simple coloring.
